Chippy Chips for Frying
Love your chips from a fryer or pan? Thick cut and classically made, with fluffy potato inside and a delightful crisp outer, these chips have that real ‘chippy’ taste. Just add salt and vinegar, and you’d think you were in a chip shop.

How to Cook
The following cooking instructions are for 500g of McCain Chippy Chips. For smaller quantities reduce the cooking time accordingly. For best results cook from frozen. DO NOT overcook!
Heat the oil in the pan or fryer to around 175°C / 350°F.
Place your McCain Chippy Chips into the basket and let them sizzle away for 4 – 5 minutes, until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden.
Lift the basket, shake off the oil and they’re ready to eat.
CAUTION: DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED WHEN FRYING.
